For the purposes and for the effects of these General Conditions of sale, the name "OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L." is used indifferently as “NEIRAMI” and “OPIFICIO NEIRAMI”.
OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. reserves the right to update these General Conditions of Sale at any time.
Art. 1: Object
These General Conditions of Sale of shop.opificioneirami.it define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products and services carried out by OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to the Customers of the website shop.opificioneirami.it.
By purchasing or booking a product or service (hereinafter referred to as an Order), the Customer declares to be of age and to have reached the age of eighteen, to be a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and to be the owner or to have the availability of an e-mail address communicated to shop.opificioneirami.it. Each Customer declares to have read and accepted the rights and obligations resulting from placing the order. All orders are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.

OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. advises, before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, to verify their conditions of sale, because the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the conclusion of commercial electronic operations between users of shop.opificioneirami.it and third parties.
These General Conditions of Sale fully comply with the "Code of online rights in force in the EU" drawn up by the European Commission and published by the Publications Office of the European Union, in force since 2012.
Art. 2: Customer
OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. offers for sale, on shop.opificioneirami.it, the products and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers". The term "consumer" must be understood and identified as the person identified in letter a) of Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Art. 3: Methods of placing an order, prices and invoicing
Access to the sales services offered by shop.opificioneirami.it is possible upon spontaneous registration or even upon invitation by a Customer or directly from OPIFICIO NEIRAMI SRL. To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on shop.opificioneirami.it, the Customer must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a reference to these General Conditions of Sale in force, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, the customer will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale, paying attention to the items reserved for the right of withdrawal, to print a copy using the print command and store or reproduce a copy for his/her own personal use.
The order form will be filed in the database of www.opificioneirami.ecommerce.dylog.it for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law. Each customer can access his order form by consulting the My Account section of the shop.opificioneirami.it website.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and / or correct any data entry errors.
The valid language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian.
Versions in languages other than Italian may be provided, but only for comparative purposes, as pursuant to art. 10 of these General Conditions of Sale. The legal and interpretative references must be exclusively those expressed in Italian.
Once the order form has been sent, the Seller will process the purchase order placed by the customer.
The Seller may not process purchase orders placed by customers who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the Seller will inform the customer by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not carried out his purchase order specifying the reasons.
If the products, presented on shop.opificioneirami.it, are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or when the order form is sent, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify the customer promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following that on which the order has been sent to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. The Order will be considered final and the contract concluded, when the Customer receives the order confirmation mail from shop.opificioneirami.it, it being understood that the products will be shipped after verifying the crediting of the sums paid by the customer.

The prices of the products of OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. are indicated in Euros, refer to the goods only and include all taxes applicable to the sale. They are valid for the following territories and / or countries of the Eurozone in addition to Italy: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, metropolitan France and Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Madeira, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain - Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
For countries outside the Eurozone, i.e., Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Hungary, the prices of the products and the shipping cost are always indicated in Euros and inclusive of all applicable taxes. It will be the customer's responsibility, before making the purchase, to check the value in their national currency; the latter will in any case have no commercial value.
Art. 4: Conformity of the products for sale on shop.opificioneirami.it
On shop.opificioneirami.it only first quality collection brands referrable to the OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. are offered for sale. The materials with which the products sold on shop.opificioneirami.it are made are produced directly by the Seller.
The Seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior quality products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on shop.opificioneirami.it within each product sheet.

Product prices may be subject to updates. The customer is requested to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
The Seller, wishing to exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relative tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Art. 5: Payments
For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, the customer can follow one of the available methods indicated in the order form (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer).
The debit to the Customer's bank account will take place 24 hours after the date of Order placement and the Order will be considered effective only after the approval by the bank payment centers. In the event that the payment is made via PayPal, debit or refusal will be immediate.
Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase and to issue the related refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report the fraud commission on shop.opificioneirami.it to the police.

Advanced payment by bank transfer can be made to the current account in the name of OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. di Nardi Laura e C. - BPER BANCA SPA with IBAN IT63H053870240100000294195, BIC code BPM01T22XXX, within 5 (five) working days from the date of order confirmation; if the transfer is not made within this deadline, the contract must be considered automatically terminated and ineffective and the Customer will receive an e-mail cancelling the order. In any case, the products will be shipped only after OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. has seen the credit on its current account.
The Customer is required to record and print payment data if he/she wishes to keep details of his/her bank transaction.
Art. 6: Availability of products
In case of total or partial unavailability of the product after the transmission of the Order, the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the Order or of the partial delivery of the Order.
In case of unavailability of the product, the Customer will have the right to request:
• the delivery of an identical product or a service of quality and equivalent price in compliance with stock availability; or
• reimbursement of the price of the product or service ordered within thirty (30) days from the request made by the Customer.
Art.7: Delivery of products

The products or services will be shipped to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the Order process. The participation in the costs for the preparation and shipment of the Order is understood to include Italian VAT. The customer will be notified of the shipment by e-mail.
The products and / or services will be accompanied by a Transport Document indicating the contents of the package.
OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. delivers its products at its own expenses in Italy, including the islands, with the exception of Campione d’Italia, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City, using UPS or any other courier offering a similar service.
OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. delivers its products to the following countries at a cost of Euro 19.00 to be paid by the customer: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, metropolitan France and Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Madeira, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Spain - Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, Sweden.
OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. delivers its products to the following countries at a cost of Euro 35.00 to be paid by the customer: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Hungary.
Potential customers residing in other countries other than those mentioned above must first contact the customer service OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. at the address firstname.lastname@example.org and check with the Seller the possible ways of purchasing and shipping OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. products.
The Customer has the right to choose the place of delivery: in his residence, in the workplace, at a third person, in the place where he spends his holidays ... In case of absence at the time of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, a notice of passage will be deposited in the letter box. After two passages by the courier, the package will remain available at the carrier for five days following the date of the second delivery notice.
If this deadline is exceeded, the package will be returned to OPIFICIO NEIRAMI SRL. Customer Service will take care to contact the Customer for a possible new shipment and, in the absence of a response from the Customer within a reasonable time, will proceed to reimbursement.
The maximum deadline for delivery is twenty working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the date of the Order, unless otherwise indicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the Order. Delay in delivery
In case of delay in delivery, the Customer can contact the Customer Service of shop.opificioneirami.it at the e-mail address email@example.com.
The Customer has the right to cancel the Order if the delivery has not taken place within ten working days following the delivery date indicated by shop.opificioneirami.it, unless non-delivery is due to force majeure.
Within thirty (30) working days following the request for cancellation of the Order forwarded by the Customer, OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. will arrange the refund to the Customer.
Each delivery is considered successfully carried out when the product or service is made available to the Customer by the carrier.
Customers can monitor the shipment of the package by directly contacting our customer service in Bologna.
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal granted to the Customer pursuant to the following art. 8, it will be the Customer's responsibility to check the shipment at the time of its arrival and make all reservations and disputes that he/she deems founded as well as reject the package if he/she finds that it may have been opened or if the package should show evident traces of deterioration. Such disputes must be indicated on the delivery note and communicated to shop.opificioneirami.it by sending a communication to the Customer Service, which can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org, within the working day (24 hours) following the delivery of the Order. If the courier does not allow to affix the dispute on the delivery note, then the customer is asked to reject the goods.
The Customer Service of shop.opificioneirami.it will then open an investigation with the carrier. The Customer will receive an e-mail message where he/she will be informed that an investigation has been opened. The response times of the carrier to shop.opificioneirami.it are generally 30 working days.
7.1. : Information on delivery methods
In case of loss of the package, the Customer must contact the Customer Service of shop.opificioneirami.it without delay by writing to the e-mail address email@example.com The Customer Service of shop.opificioneirami.it will then open an investigation at our national or international carrier at the adopted carrier. If for some reason the customer believes he/she is not satisfied with his/her order, he/she can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within ten (10) working days from the day the customer received the products purchased on shop.opificioneirami.it .
The products to be returned must be shipped within 10 working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by sending the package via Poste Italiane for the Italian customer and via the postal service of their country of residence for all other customers, only after completing the Return Form available online in the Customer Service area to get the return code.
On the other hand, it is not possible to change the chosen garment with another.
8.1. : Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

• the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• the products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (in the case of design objects, fashion accessories, the packaging must be sealed as it was originally);
• products returned by customers resident in Italy must be sent to OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. in a single shipment, via Poste Italiane, with Paccocelere. OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L., in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
• products returned by customers not resident in Italy must be sent to OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. in a single shipment, via the postal service of the country of residence by insured mail chosen by the customer within 10 working days from the date of receipt. OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L., in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times
If the Customer has complied with all the required conditions, OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. will reimburse the price of the purchased products, the cost of the return being borne by the Customer only, i.e. those for returning to OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. of the products purchased.
The Customer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the Customer can choose to have the purchased products back at his/her own expense.
If the customer refuses this shipment, OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
8.2: Refund times and methods
After OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.
Whatever the payment method used by the Customer (credit / debit card, bank transfer), the refund is activated by OPIFICIO NEIRAMI S.R.L. as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
• purchase by credit / debit card: the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so the Customer will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
• purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to the Customer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from the PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
• payment by bank transfer: reimbursement takes place on the current account indicated by the Customer, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data provided by the customer; the re-credit normally takes place within thirty (30) days.
In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
Any refunds will be managed via the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
8.3: Product identification tag
All products offered for sale on shop.opificioneirami.it are equipped with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the asset. The Customer is invited to try the product without removing the tag because returned products that do not have it will not be accepted.
