SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days.
the cost of shipping is free on the Italian territory for purchases above 200 €, for purchases below, will be charged 8 € for the courier.
the cost of shipping is free in foreign territory for purchases over 200 €, for purchases below, 15 € will be charged for the courier.
Once the order has been shipped, you can track it by writing to customer service at info@neirami.it
Please note that the delivery times are indicative and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification time (e.g. bank transfer), your order will be shipped after confirmation of the payment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the item within 10 days from the time of delivery.
Please try the items purchased carefully, without removing the tags, any accessories or labels; we will not be able to accept the return of products that do not comply with these conditions.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.

The shipment number must then be communicated by email to info@neirami.it
Once you have received the package with the return, you can decide whether to request a replacement of the chosen garment or to ask for a refund.
In the event that the Customer chooses replacement, the new choice must be communicated by email to sales@neirami.it.
The new item shall have a value equal to or greater than that of the item to be replaced. The new item will be sent only after having received and verified that the item to be replaced is intact in all its parts and in perfect condition and after having received, if necessary, the balance of the price difference.
In case the Customer chooses the refund, it will be made on the account from which the payment was received, only after having received and verified that the garment is intact in all its parts and in perfect condition.
