Shipments and returns

Delivery usually takes place within 2 - 5 working days.

The cost of shipping is always free on the Italian territory for purchases over € 80, for smaller purchases, 8 € will be charged for the courier.

Once the order has been shipped, you can track it by writing to the customer service at sales@neirami.it.

Consider that delivery times are indicative and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification times (eg bank transfer), your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

We also remind you that our courier does not deliver to the following areas: Campione d'Italia, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 10 days from the time of delivery.

Please handle the items purchased carefully, without removing the tags, any accessories or labels; we will not be able to accept the return of products that do not comply with these conditions.

The cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer.

The tracking number must then be communicated via email to sales@neirami.it.

Once the package with the return has been received, the customer can decide whether to request a replacement of the chosen item or to a refund.

If the Customer chooses the replacement, the new choice must be communicated via email to the address sales@neirami.it

The new item must cost the same price  or more than the one to be replaced. The new garment will be shipped only after having received and verified that the garment to be replaced is intact in all its parts and in perfect condition and after having received, if necessary, the balance of the price difference.

If the Customer chooses the refund, this will be made to the account from which the payment was received, only after having received and verified that the garment is intact in all its parts and in perfect condition.
