Processing of data in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you that the EU Regulation 679/2016 ("Code on the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

According to the law indicated, such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016, therefore, we provide the following information:

1. The data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the services of purchase of goods and services provided by the site in question and request information or availability and - if you provide your explicit consent - for sending commercial communications the completion of a commercial transaction (sale or return of purchased product) by e-mail or other computerized data transmission system.

2. The processing will be carried out by computer or manual methods.

3. The provision of data is mandatory, since in the absence of these it is not possible to finalize the sales process and carry out the shipment, as well as it is not possible to respond to requests for information or management of any returns. The lack of delivery therefore results in the non-continuation of the contract or the process of request for purchase or return.

4. The data will be processed internally and may only be communicated to the parties necessary for the completion of the purchase and shipping contract (e.g. the courier responsible for the shipment) and the services related thereto.

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

    c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

    d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

    e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, of responsible persons or delegates.

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:

   a) the updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;

   b) the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of law, including data which need not be stored for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, upon specific request by email at sales@neirami.it

   c) an attestation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been made known, including as regards their content, by those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

    a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
